Privacy
Plain English, no padding. This is what the app collects, what it does with it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Your account email. Your daily check-in answers. Your game results, including per-trial timing. Your private log items and entries. Your daily readiness scores. And, if you use the Coach, your Coach conversation.
What it's for
One purpose: generating your own readings, trends, and (if you subscribe) Coach conversations. Nothing else.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
AI processing
If you use the Coach, your messages and a summary of your readings, trends, and check-in answers are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Your log item names are never sent to the AI — by design, it cannot see what you track. Coach conversations are stored in your account like everything else.
Your controls
Export everything as a file, or delete your account and all of its data, any time, from the Account page.
Storage and security
Your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase), with owner-only access rules on every table. Only your signed-in account can read your rows.
